Terms & Conditions

By making a booking at Kunda Hall, the customer agrees to follow all the rules, regulations and conditions mentioned below.

  1. Booking Time: Kunda Hall must be vacated according to the allotted booking slot: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
  2. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their valuable personal belongings, including mobile phones, wallets, purses and other personal items. Kunda Hall management will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  3. Hall Property: No item, furniture, equipment or other property belonging to Kunda Hall may be taken outside the hall premises.
  4. Utensils and Other Items: Hall utensils and other items will be handed over after counting and must be returned after counting.
  5. Cleaning: The hall will be provided in a clean condition and must be returned in a clean condition. If additional cleaning is required, separate cleaning charges will be applicable.
  6. Damage to Property: Any damage caused to the hall, furniture, equipment or any other Kunda Hall property during the event will be the responsibility of the booking party. Applicable repair or replacement charges may be collected separately.
  7. Overtime: An overtime charge of ₹300 per hour will be applicable for use of the hall beyond the allotted booking time.
  8. Prohibited Activities: Bursting firecrackers, playing DJ music, conducting Haldi or Mehndi ceremonies, and throwing colours are strictly prohibited inside or around the Kunda Hall premises.
  9. Staff Conduct: Guests and booking parties must not argue with, misbehave with, threaten or create disputes with Kunda Hall staff.
  10. Complaints: If you have any complaint or issue regarding the hall or its services, please report it personally at the Jamat office.
